25 August 2008 - Coin Software Pty Ltd today announced it has further integrated its technology suite with MLC MasterKey, Macquarie Life and Macquarie Cash Management Trust, providing more time efficient solutions to financial advisers using the software.

Coin users will now be able to open accounts with MLC through an online process that eliminates the need for paperwork. They can receive automatic updates of client portfolios through the interface with MLC, avoiding the need to manually download and import files. Individual accounts can be refreshed instantly with new information, saving considerable time for financial advisers and their support staff.

This new functionality is available through MLC MasterKey Super, MLC MasterKey Investment Service and MLC MasterKey Pension. Also, MLC's online applications include true straight through processing for MLC MasterKey Super and MLC MasterKey Investment Service, enabling account set-up within minutes of submission for applications submitted electronically.

Following extensive demand and feedback from users, Coin also provided the capability to open accounts with Macquarie Cash Management Trust, which is Australia's largest cash hub, through the Coin Office software.

This will save both time and effort for advisers, whose new Cash Management Trust accounts can now be confirmed on the Macquarie website directly through their existing Coin Office login.

Advisers can also use the CRM and Insurance functions within Coin Office to initiate online insurance applications for their clients, meaning that once registered to use Macquarie Life products, an application through Macquarie's FutureWise platform can be started at the click of a button.

Coin Managing Director, Darelle Jenkins, said that with the popularity of the Macquarie Cash Management Trust and the MLC platforms, as well as the growing number of advisers using Macquarie Life to meet their clients' insurance needs, integrating these offerings with Coin Office will make advisers lives easier.

"Making day to day activities easier and more time efficient for financial advisers remains at the very core of what Coin is all about," Ms Jenkins said.

"Therefore, integrating these popular solutions makes sense because it will save time and lessen the administrative burden for the advisers."

"We are constantly listening to the users of our software and we always welcome their feedback. When we can take action on their requests by providing a solution like this, it is always a positive step."

Ms Jenkins said that the new interface is already being used by advisers who are enjoying the streamlined process.

"We are already receiving feedback on the new data feed and it has been overwhelmingly positive," Ms Jenkins said.
